Our in-house staff coordinates all the necessary preparation for each unit, along with recommendations for preventative maintenance, renovations, and repairs. When it comes to the costs of any repairs, we require the owner’s approval on any expenditure that totals more than $500 and make sure to consult you before making any changes. We do not profit on any of the maintenance work we recommend. We hire independent contractors to ensure your property transforms into top of the line condition.
